Our Rates
Insurance Coverage
Arise Therapy, as an entity, is majorly an out-of-network provider, meaning providers are not required to accept insurance outright and many choose not to. However, providers have the option to panel with insurances and offer, should they desire.
Currently, Steven Moon accepts Aetna, United Healthcare, BCBS, Cigna, Oxford, and Oscar Health for individual therapy only; Dr. Kadija Moon is primarily accepting private pay/out-of-pocket clients but may also accept individual clients with Aetna, United Healthcare, BCBS (PPO only plans), Oxford, and Oscar Health.
Our associate clinicians are unable to accept insurance and offer a set private-pay rate for their services.
Couples therapy is provided at the private-pay rate; insurance is not accepted for couples' therapy.
For those without an accepted insurance, we want to empower you to make the most of your insurance. At Arise Therapy, we understand that insurance can be confusing, so we want to help lessen that confusion. Many clients are able to file and receive reimbursement for individual therapy services, between 50 to 80% of session costs, after their deductible has been met. If you intend to file for out-of-network reimbursement, please note this in your inquiry to ensure your clinician's eligibility.
