Just as our clients move through seasons of healing, clinicians move through seasons of development—learning, questioning, refining, and ultimately stepping into their own voice as therapists.
Supervision is not simply about collecting hours— it is about becoming the kind of clinician you want to be.
Whether you are a doctoral graduate preparing for licensure or newly provisionally licensed, a master's level clinician developing your clinical identity, a student seeking guidance about the profession, or a licensed clinician looking for consultation, our supervision, mentorship, and consultation offerings are designed to support your growth with intention, curiosity, and care.
with authenticity, curiosity, and respect for the humanity in the room.
We believe:
• you are already bringing valuable insight and lived experience into the work
• growth happens when support and challenge coexist
• developing clinicians deserve mentorship, not just oversight
• clinical identity evolves through reflection, consultation, and experience
Supervision is a collaborative process where we explore the nuances of clinical work together—strengthening your ability to think critically, respond ethically, and show up fully present with the people you serve.

Supervision to practice under the Provisionally Licensed Psychologist license that focuses on helping newly-licensed doctoral graduates transition into confident, independent psychologists.
Early career counselors need support in the transition from graduate training into real-world practice. Supervision for LPC-Associates assists in refining your clinical approach in a supportive environment.
Mentorship groups provide a space for graduate students exploring the field and early-career clinicians preparing for licensure that create opportunities for conversation, guidance, and connection with others who are also becoming.
Professional consultation groups, designed for actively practicing licensed clinicians offer a space to pause, reflect, and think more deeply about the everyday work and life balance.
Supervision, much like therapy, excels when supervisors and trainees align and connect. Here's what former trainees wanted to share with you to help you make the most informed decision.
